The Manor / A soul-nourishing corner

The Manor is a multi-service lifestyle store concept. Located at Fort Canning Park, The Manor is all about wholesome consumerism and sustainable movements. As such, its three pillars, The Tea Room, The Sundry Lounge and The Attic offers three featured services: savoury vegan foods and beverages, environmentally friendly products, and enriching activities.


Brief

The Manor needs a visual identity that attracts like-minded people who enjoy and embrace the same core values.

Solution

I found myself deeply connected to this project due to its core values :"Wellbeing starts from within". The visual identity was created with the intention to bring the feeling of caring, authentic, and optimistic to everybody. It is a place where accepts you as who you are, will encourage you to focus on your inner self and change you whenever you are ready.

Research

Service design thinking and strategic planning tools are essential to prepare a new business proposal at Fort Canning. This is the problem definition phase: it will define a gap in the existing suite of offerings at Fort Canning, and will culminate in a design brief for the branding of a new business in the precinct.
